Dr. Carswell is a Chiropractic Physician and a certified Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation (VOM™) practitioner. She is affiliated with licensed veterinarians to help enhance the quality of care. Dr. Carswell does not do chiropractic manipulations. The Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation (VOM™) technique uses gentle, yet precise instrumental stimulation of neurologic and muscular “trigger” points throughout the body. The goal is to find and reduce or remove imbalance in the body’s natural communication and support systems thus reducing pain and inducing healing. All accomplished incredibly safely and easily, which allows for far more comprehensive, long lasting, and deeper effects than many other natural techniques and modalities alone.
